Epoxy-filled knots preserve the character of a single continuous plank of wood. Dovetail joints carry its grain patterns around the edges from the seat into the legs, allowing the design to follow the wood's natural lines.

Like the Katrina bench, this piece was resurrected from wood destined for firewood. Fine care and precise joinery give the rescued plank a lasting new life.
